Just listened to a podcast about allergies and a 18 year old died from this resultant in 2017 after eating here and the waiter didn't take his dairy allergy seriously. Would never support this place Dietary restrictions: Dont cater for dietary restrictions. Someone in 2017 died cause of this restaurant not taking his dairy allergy seriously. Do not eat here

Byron used to serve chips with their burgers all included in the price of the burger hence why the price point of a burger was around 12+ Visited Byron St Giles branch today first time since the pandemic and was told that I had to order chips separately meaning I had to pay 3.50 for basic fries in addition to 13.50 the price of my burger not to mention that the size of the burger was nothing close to the price for it, it was literally the size of a kids burger and tasted beyond average.

Good food, it needs some improvement regarding the service. It is quite annoying to have someone asking frequently if you need more food or drinks, by the way it wasnt busy day. Just let finish and I will ask if I need.
