First time client .Jules blow dried my hair, he was very knowledgable and asked me lots of questions before he did my hair. I was very pleased with the finished product. However first impressions were not that great. There was a takeaway packet and bottle of beer on the reception desk when I walked in, no body came to greet me for a good 4 or 5 minutes. My shampoo was the worst Ive ever experienced so disappointing as its usually my favourite part. She did not even wash the crown, just scratched at my forehead, above my ears then back of my neck a few times ..then kept pausing.. it was most odd. But thank you Jules you were great.
