        The two staff members on the desk were very welcoming and friendly as soon as I entered. Sonia is amazing as always. Very professional, going through a lot of detail to ensure you are happy and comfortable. Leena was also very friendly and professional when Toning and washing my hair. She was very gentle and reassuring, explaining what she was doing and checking I was okay after telling her I had previously had bad experiences in hairdressers! Service: Hair coloring
