Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who served me, she had a broken arm. However her service was by the far the BEST customer service I've received in a very very long time. She was incredibly patient, no rush and helped me secure a better deal on my purchase! Thank you

I went here for the first time and had a really bad experience. 1. The paper on the door says to scan the QR code to open an account online as you need to have an account to carry out transactions with. I created an account and was told later inside that I have to wait 1-2 days for the account to be approved; it took a few hours, but I wasnt told of any of this! The paper should include this information. 2. I rang on the buzzer multiple times as I was soaking the rain, but Suzie who replied on the intercom very abruptly said YOU ONLY NEED TO RING ONCE. I still apologised for this afterwards. 3. When I was told I need to wait for the account to be approved, I asked if I can buy online and collect; I was told this can take a week. My point is, there should be CLEAR information on the door stating whoever wants to purchase something needs to have an account AND it can take some hours for the account to be approved. This would help avoid wasting time going into the shop for no reason, and customers can come well prepared. I see there are many other bad reviews, mostly due to Customer Service, which doesnt surprise me. I was looking forward to coming here due to admiring Baird & Co. It also costs to travel to the branch so I spent a bit of money for no reason which adds to the total amount being spent in purchasing gold.
