This review is way overdue! I've been fortunate enough to work with MT Finance for over a couple of years, and every interaction has been an absolute pleasure. My suggestion to anyone that wants to experience what truly exceptional customer excellence/ service looks like--- MAKE CONTACT WITH MT FINANCE TODAY. Here are some of the MANY reasons I love working with these guys: 1. Unbelievably EFFICIENT--they fully understand how to work towards and achieve a set deadline. 2. No challenge is too much or too complexthey believe there is always a solution. The team are totally client-solution-driven. 3. They work as a TEAM to get the job done. The right-hand knows what the left hand is always doingA special mention to Ronnie on the UNREGULATED BRIDGE TEAM and Lenka on the NEW BTL TEAM. 4. YOU CAN TELL THEY CARE ABOUT WHAT THEY DO. I have been dealing with MT Finance for a number of years and found them extremely helpful when making an initial enquiry and that if the case is submitted with all the information that is required then everything goes very smoothly. My thanks go to Hannah Copper, Michael and Ella along with both legal teams who constantly kept me updated with a record of each and every email in order that I could see the progress and if I wanted to check with the underwriter they were there to listen and assist. They assured me completion would happen on Friday and true to their words the client received his funding before they closed for the weekend.
