Downloaded the app and registered, 4 days later still waiting for my account to be activated, live chat is non existent and has been 3 days with not one reply to numerous messages. Stay away and just open a Monzo. EDIT- Has now been a total of 14 days and STILL no reply from any admin or such.

AVOID!!! Do not use this bank! Totally basic app, horrendous customer service after weeks of waiting to hear back because they're supposedly so busy. Like several people below, I had failed payments which are now in limbo and I can't get a straight answer from anyone.

It may be the best rate on the market (something which can change at any time) but I would be worried about putting my money in and never getting it back ... Their sign up process has taken nearly 3 weeks and counting, and their support response time can be counted in weeks. Yet another startup that over promises and under delivers. Anything to become the UK's next unicorn with shoddy service.
