Really bad service, not good to customers and services are overpriced. The job quality is rubbish. Had shirt service where non of the shirts were properly ironed. They do not know how to do ironing, shirts returned wrinkled and not cleaned / removed stain properly. Waste of time and money. They do not wait in shop so you are lucky if you find them on shop for collection.

Please DO NOT USE the Hamlet Laundry service recommended by the Travelodge London City Central Hotel, the first time 20% off is a COMPLETE SCAM. Therefore, it does not provide CHEAPER rate as compared to the other laundry services in London Central City Hotel. The employee is not helpful AT ALL, they do not abide by their mouth of words and promises to the clients. NO MORE NEXT TIME. Services: Laundry wash & fold, Laundry pick-up

Hamlet had the potential for a 5-star rating, however they have some unfortunate business practices that need to be addressed. For the actual service, they performed the job well -- even picking up and delivering to our hotel on Christmas Eve. However, they proactively charged me a higher separated wash (color and whites) rate even though I had specifically requested a mix wash -- without any notice. A quick email and online dispute form through their website resulted in a prompt refund for the difference, but their response was that THEY decide on a separates wash (and charge higher) at their discretion. But the issue here is that they did not notify me and simply charged the HIGHER rate - hoping the customer would not notice. The more important issue is that they have a technical discrepancy between the desktop and mobile versions of their website. On the mobile website, they do NOT list a minimum 20 pound charge for online orders (while their desktop website states this clearly). When I pointed this out (with clear screenshots between their different website versions), requesting a refund of the difference between the minimum 20 pounds and the listed price of my order (16 pounds), they simply stopped responding despite multiple outreach attempts.
