I have had good experience with this medical centre. There was a doctor in particular that provided me with some great advice - I think he was Greek, I had some appointments with him in 2019. I don't know if he is still at the Covent Garden Medical Centre, but in case he sees my message - I want to say a big Thank You to him.

Amazing Surgery with brilliant people. Everything was great, from the initial phone call to my consultation with Nurse Jennifer. 5* and a huge thank you!

Not offering NHS Travel Vaccinations. Not used the surgery in a year and the one time I need it to be told they don't offer the service.

Covent Garden Medical center has always had more downs than ups and this was a rant waiting to happen and today I've had it. For central London the bar is very low, "our NHS is great" "it is one of the best systems in the world", clearly people havent travelled enough or educated themselves enough about other systems because if this is the best that can be done, again the bar is very low, this is delusional and people need to wake up! The idea in essense is good but the execution is poor, nobody cares about funding it.... Terrible, I agree it should be the focal point in funding to help the country, but everybody is responsible for letting it get to where it is now. A medical center, with medical staff, who hires people who cannot communicate or interact with patients where is the pride is this really the best that can be done? HR should be fired, or is there any HR? There was a small window where new staff were hired I think 2019-2020, they were efficient and polite, empathetic, educated, that was refreshing, impressed by the change. Now, the best they can do is revert to their old habits, scrapping the bottom of the barrel and finding rude, inhumain receptionists, who shouldn't be anywhere near a phone nor in contact with any other human or living creatures as they fail doing the 90% of their job which is related to service and interacting with humans. Zero communication skills, politeness, respect, patience, elocution, empathy, kindness or brain cells, just an interaction as warm and rough as with a prison door. What happens to someone with mental health calling in and getting this type of reception? A bit of kindness, empathy, communication skills etc, goes a long way and can save someone's life or day. Mic drop, I am out.
