I have been catfished online by someone using the photos of a dentist here, have emailed the practice to help me confirm this. I was also requested by police to contact this dentist to make them aware since I discovered a person with the same image. They have ignored my email, rather than acknowledging and now Im left wondering with no resolution. Its disappointing as someone who has been scammed online to be disregarded so blatantly by a professional organization and I would very much appreciate assistance. After contacting the dentist directly requesting confirmation (which would require no effort on his part) by allowing me to confirm I received stolen photos, he has chosen to not only ignore but block me.as if Im the perpetrator of a scam. Making me feel guilty after having been swindled in the first place . This says quite a lot about the character of dentist Nick Petousis. Couldnt care less. I understand he has been victimized also and would feel embarrassed being contacted through the office. But please show some humanity smh. All this does is leave me wondering if this dentist is somehow involved, due to the cold and careless reaction.

This dentist is no longer taking patients on the NHS; they want you to pay private prices, therefore, go to a better dentist because the receptionist here is an absolute disgrace and unfit for the job. As a long term patient, I tried to get an appointment. She told me that the next one would be in 8 weeks, but that if there was a cancellation shed call me. 8 weeks past and no phone call. Then when I called to ask what was going on she said shed call me back, then didnt and every time Id leave a message Id get no response. The receptionist here is clearly unprofessional. If the dentists here value this dreadful receptionist over their patients then Id advise you all to find a better dental practice with a more professional receptionist.

Please fire your Receptionist! She promises to help and then never actualy does it. I had emergencies even and she never managed to help. Someone please do smth about this!
