        Excellent service and people are very helpful

      • It's just disgusting. I had a parcel delivered to a child in the US. Charged 280 for fast delivery (4 working days). In the end, the delivery has been delayed for more than a week. The child and family have left the US and they refuse to refund the money. It is the fault of Fedex first of all via which the delivery has been done.

        I paid 60 to ship two bikinis (200) to the US from the UK and wasnt told that the package was not insured and did not require any signature or proof of delivery. I asked for special delivery and he told me the price was 60 to ship. The package never got to the customer and i was told i could receive any compensation for the items lost or receive a refund. I was taken advantage of - do not use this service!!!
