Its been 17 weeks And still no curtains. The customer service has to be worst I think I have ever experienced. I order curtains and a pole at the end of October with a before Christmas delivery. I was then told the curtains would be delivered on 23rd December due to an issue with the fabric. I asked them to send the pole so I could have it fit and ready. This never arrived. I quoted the legitimacy of the error with the fabric and mentioned the pole had not arrived as promised- I was ignored. I was then told the curtains would be delivered in January. Guess what- no curtains. I was then told w/c 20th Feb- still no curtains. Dont bother calling them, as they do not answer/ respond. All in all a pretty shocking experience and a sham of a company. Maybe one day my 1500 order will arrive Update- after receiving my curtains, Ely the CEO, emailed me well over a month ago now stating she is discussing the events with the customer services department and will get back to me. I have since emailed to get an update but have heard nothing. Again, just another example of the poor customer service.

A great service and product all around. I ordered two for our kitchen , received samples very quickly and once ordered it arrived earlier than expected and they look great. Will surely order again.
