Disgusting!!! Ordered a Mothers Day card and nearly a week later still havent received it! Emailed you to say I want a refund! This is the 2nd time now. Absolutely useless company, Ill go elsewhere now when Ive deleted my account!

Absolute shambles. Flowers for Mothers Day sqaushed and seen better days. Flowers were from my daughter with no card, but a card from my Grandson.

This company have serious issues. Just read the posts here I used this company for many years. I had many good dealings. While things were being delivered as they should there were no problems. When things go wrong they do not have the people skills to be able to rectify and they go on the defense. They start to blame everyone and anyone for their own failings. Without actually saying the words, they insinuated that myself and my family were liars. What a nice way to treat a customer. Funky Pigeon here i come. Moonpig you have a lot to learn and how you can actually sleep at night knowing you have all done such a bad job is beyond me. Its time to wake up and listen to customers. Do not teach your staff to treat customers with genuine complaints with disdain.

Disappointed with the last orders on Mothers Day, purchased a lot of things and spent a lot of money, flowers were a disgrace, paid 90 for a bouquet and half of the roses were broken. The 10 Tesco ones are much better, wont spent a penny anymore, I want my money back please.

If you need a card within 4- 5 days then dont bother. This company clearly have not enough staff to get through the orders. It used to be delivered within 2 days but now its 5. Not a great service for when someone forgets to buy a card and wants to rely on a card service
