She was always enthusiastic to help me out and ensure that I felt confident when approaching the interviews. Freshminds has a different approach to recruitment- they were very much guiding rather than forceful and pushy and ensured that the role was definitely the right fit for me. Im so excited to start my new position but I wouldnt have got there without Katya!

        I sent my resume via LinkedIn, and they set up a phone interview to collect my information and add me to their database. Unfortunately, never heard back from them again regarding any contracts or job opportunities. This agency seems to be a waste of time.
