        After sending a bunch of flowers to apologise for a worker screaming in my mother's face when she asked him if they had to take up our entire parking spot with the cars they should be paying at the meter for, we have found that their workers leave rubbish everywhere on the street after they eat. Is it that hard as a grown man to pick up the bottle of lucozade you just finished from the front step of the house you were just sitting on? Apparently so. Incredibly rude, aggressive and inconsiderate to the entire neighbourhood.

        I cannot wait for your Empress Works site to complete. It is the worst managed and operated site I have ever come across. I'm writing while a generator hums metres away from my home because your company saw fit to issue practical completion of part of the site, before connecting them to the power grid. There has been regular work outside of permitted hours and a cavalier approach to your site boundaries, the health and safety of site operatives and the public.
