The London Print Company

Came to them for a simple two-colour print and what a fiasco. I asked for a sample of the print as anyone would before committing to a large order and it looked less than perfect (to put it lightly). Was charged 10 for the test prints. When I told them I wasnt happy (the printout was highly rasterised with sharp zigzag edges) I was told your files are no good. I sent every conceivable file type including vector and JPEG. I offered to improve the files and asked for feedback. Zero attempt to remedy the prints, zero solutions offered, and outright hostility by the staff. Took no more than 5-10 minutes of their time total but I could feel their radiating contempt. I remained polite and patient but was eventually told Im not gonna do this all day. Take it or leave it! in the whiniest most grumbling tone imaginable. So I left. Probably caught them on an off day but I have never encountered a business with such hostility and outright disdain for customers.

The print quality is very good, crisp and sharp and very much aligned with my vision. The staff went over and beyond to sort out getting my package to me when i was unable to pick it up. Will certainly be using them again.

Google says they open at 7am, their door says 9am but even at 9:15 nobody was there. Its a shame when youre in a hurry.

This company/francise used to be managed by Nick, I do honestly hope he no longer has anything to do with this shop or printed.com. Nick had a profound negative impact on my life, a horrible, unsypathetic, belittling and cruel human being. I wish him no harm and forgive him but for what he did but I will never forgive him. Printing.com should never allow such disrespectful and horiible people to run a francise. From my experience I would steer well clear of this branch and printed.com - there's far more honest and trustwrothy companies to use in London.
