Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children

Great Ormond Street has been so amazing to me . When I was a baby I went for open-heart surgery and I could have died . But the amazing surgeons here are so incredible . They saved my life . The surgery could have gone a lot worse but luckily , i was lucky . If it wasnt for them I wouldnt be here right now so Im so so grateful for everything they do . The nurses and doctors and everyone that works there are just so amazing and friendly and Im happy to know that they saved me . So great ormond street childrens hospital is the best . Never feel anxious or nervous if you have to go there . They take great care of you

This is the place where they decide it is in a child's best interest to just die, despite the parents' having resources and access to experimental medicine to try and heal their baby (the case of Charlie Gard).

Our daughter was treated at GOS hospital many many years ago & I have to say that the standards of care & knowledge are second to none on a worldwide basis.
