        A heat protector was given to me as a gift. Less than half way through the item the pump stopped working. I emailed to request replacement pump, to my dismay this couldnt be done without a receipt? I returned the item for inspection and repair/replacement 6 months ago and havent heard a word-terrible customer service

        Made my order online, having a problem with delivery. Ive tried to contact by email, by phone, by contact form online and nobody is responding, there is just a voicemail when you call. Its been few days now, so disappointing. I dont want any products anymore, just a refund.
