        Got rid of great nursing management and got in business managers so they can close nursing wings to reduce costs and put more money in their pockets. Since then some homes, which had excellent rating from cqc have gone down to inadequate. Also discrimination for being pregnant. It's unfair on the masons and their families that are being affected because of bad running by head office.
