        The buses are horrible, when theyre on diversion theres no knowing where theyre going or here to get them and theres no way to contact them if you have a problem! Youre all running a circus of a bus company and its unknown to me why TfL employ you to run their routes.. you should all be ashamed

        I am travelling frequently in arriva bus but one of the drivers was very rude towards student this kind of behaviour is not tolerable

        At 11:29am today 10/9 the 13 Bus driver (Bus LJ17WRO) let my wife on and then closed the doors on my baby and I while trying to board! I was knocking on the door and she was standing next to the driver and he refused to open the doors and drove off. This is beyond unacceptable! This driver needs to be reprimanded for his unprofessional, uncalled for, disgraceful action

        Again the 724 at 8.30 on a Saturday morning drives past my 73 old mother in law waiting at uxbridge, no customer service on a Saturday, what is wrong with you guys. you are supposed to be a bus service, that's a laugh. At the bus stop waving and your driver completely ignored her, and not for the first time Rubbish. Would like to hear from you regarding why drivers miss this bus stop regularly and your solution please. Simon
