        Great service today at this LOVELY BRANCH . Very HELPFUL LADY ,who knew answers to everything l asked . She was polite and made me feel very HAPPY with my service . The Gentleman thanked me on my way out GREAT TEAM

        Youre a member when you have a current account, mortgage or savings account with us." "As a mutual, were owned by, and run for, the benefit of our members" Ok, I am a member with an account . Then perhaps someone from Nationwide can explain how adapting the branch on Old Oxford Street, London, and removing the cashiers positions is to the members benefit? And also, why I am no longer able to pay a cheque into my Nationwide savings account at this branch.

        After a bad experience with the customer services on the phone, i went into branch where there was no queue and the chap behind the counter was very friendly and helpful so despite the other reviews, the staff aren't all bad!
