A really bad haircut. Sacha tried to convince me my hair wasn't healthy when it is, and tried to sell one of their shampoo/conditioner series. She gave me such a bad haircut, there are two layers to my previously long and layered hair, and they don't blend at all. My hair looks as if it was chopped with a knife, the top layer hanging over the longer layer. Besides, the receptionist lady is such an unpleasant person!

If I could give 0 star I would!!! Worst haircut ever! He kept cutting my hair until I got upset and told him to stop! Asked groupon for the refund but they are useless too! NEVER AGAIN!

This is an awful place, I read the mostly ok reviews on Treatwell and thought I would try this place out as it is near my work. My boyfriend booked a nail appointment and a hair cut for me. They were really late with my nail appointment and kept me waiting without any explanation. The owner was giving the nail girl passive aggressive grief for running late and I felt awkward. It transpired they were late because they messed up the diary. The lady who was having her nails done also complained and got a bad reception from the owner. I was late for work and had to get my nails redone somewhere else. Prior to this I had a blow dry a few weeks before and it looked like my 4 year old daughter had done it. I don't like writing negative reviews but It is really dissapointing to receive services like this when you take time out of your day and pay for the privilege.
