Horrible place. I went twice to the desk and twice they got it wrong; the next time I will walk in will be for the ATM only. First time last Saturday afternoon she type wrongly someone had to come out and fix it. Quiet rude as well give the reason why I was there. Time +30 minutes for a deposit. This afternoon I went back again for the same reason and when I went home again they got it wrong. They just need to write a reference on a deposit. Which was written down on a paper. They both didnt ask. On top I also specify the reason: my mum sadly passed away and is a bequest. What did she wrote today?: Request. Leave aside the pain of this process, but at the same time the unprofessional service they offer. If my writing is so bad, just ask for clarification, I was standing there. They didnt understand? Fine ask me. But they both preferred to type and go on with next client. Really bad experience. They sounded as I was an ignorant emigrated. Although I got a master from an English university. So my writing mustnt be so terrible. I will no go back to fix it again, I will send a lawyer tho to them if Ill get any legal issue due to my currently ridiculous bank statement. Very unprofessional and insensitive .

I imagine they took notice of the previous negative comments. I have been there 3 times now and every time I leave with a smile on my face. The staff are very friendly and professional, keep up the good work.

Like many Halifax branches, there are not enough staff actually behind the counter attending to customers. Too many parade front-of-house not appearing to do much.
