        Absolutely blown away with my experience here this time. Usually, when we go in for my sons appointment, the optitions are extremely impatient and claim my sons prescription hasn't changed. He is autistic and has a learning disability. But the lady we saw this time, (I didn't catch her name but I'll be requesting it as its not clear on the prescription card) she was the most patient person I've ever witnessed with him, always making sure he could see and wasn't getting overwhelmed, she even changed the lettering to single letters rather than the line as she could see he was struggling. Imo she went above and beyond for my son, and I'll always be grateful for this. I'm hoping we can request her in the future
