Dragon Pearl Restaurant

Probably the best Szechuan set meal we have had in many years. The food quality and level of cooking was faultless. Initial arrival was a bit clumsy, but then the young staff led us to a Compact (but romantic and quaint) dining cubicle. The slightly inexperienced, but capable, pleasant and attentive novice table servers, need time and training to improve We have to allow them that and help them to better their skills. Thats where their more-experienced employers need to guide and praise them gently. We all start somewhere! Never had to ask for anything twice though. We let the kitchen do their thing with a set meal and for that they get 10/10 All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable banquet meal for two and definitely worth a return!

Used Dragon Pearl for many years for takeaway. Just phoned through an order this evening and the man who took the order was beyond rude. You will lose a lot of custom whilst you continue to let this person represent your business by answering the phone. Youve certainly lost my custom.
