        What use is only being open from 10-2?!

        Customer service absolutely poor. What bank doesn't have pound coins? Then been waiting 10 minutes to be fobbed off by the lady to tell me to use self service machine when she could've done it. Never had this experience at a nationwide and I won't be coming back to this one

        Just popped into the Nationwide to pay in some cash i didnt want lying around the house any longer the customer assistant was very abrupt that i had come into the branch i did not know how to pay the money in via the cash machine.
