        Due to the ever-changing circumstances with Covid-19, if you are in Tier 4, please do not arrange a viewing until the restrictions are lifted. This statement above by Hix & Son estate agent on their application form for a rental is not even gov guidance its Hix & Sons own policy. This is prejudice in a time when this estate agents themselves could go into tier 4 at any time Its insinuating and upsetting and i will never use this estate agents wether in a tier system or not i find this statement offensive and insulting !!!!
