We were given a family photo experience as a christmas gift . Was very easy to book. When we arrived the photographer was very nice , accommodating and friendly, however when we didnt feel in a position to purchase the very expensive package of photographs she turned very rude. She was saying that it costs her money and time to do these shoots, which I totally understand. I would suggest that the photographer removes herself from the "Debenhams family photoshoot experience ". There will always be people who want to use the gift they have been given, and receive the free print. Theres also no need to be rude and try to suggest we wasted her time, she put herself in that position. So if you have received this as a gift, be warned.

After having a pet photoshoot gift experience from a friend I booked in at Verna Cornish photography, the photoshoot was ok. A few months after I recieved a call from the Veena asking if I could come to them to choose my photographs, due to work I'm away for a while wont be able to, I requested to have my deposit refunded of 20 that is made at the time of booking your experience, they refused to give my deposit back stating you only get it back if you buy a package, they then began to get very rude towards myself even saying and I quote "you must be in drugs". After arguing with them for a while they agreed to refund my deposit which I received the following day, due to the rudeness of them I wont even be claiming my 1 free photograph
