        Had a brilliant family holiday. The barn was roomy,well equipped and comfy and the hot tub was very well maintained. Loved the animals walking around. The barn is situated just out of Chapel St Leonards but not too far from Skegness. We had a brilliant day at market Rasen race course, we could even take dogs to the lawn enclosure. Sally and Neil are lovely hosts, we hope to return soon.

        AMAZING AMAZING we stayed in the Rooster and we loved it, we had 2 teenagers with us and they even loved it would defo come back. Sally amazing thank you for everything xx
