Entire Production Services LTD

Further to our ignored email, we wish to log our review against Entire Production Services. We are writing to formally advise you of our disappointment in the items we received and moreover their safety for use with school students. The camera on a tripod was not fit for purpose so much so one wrong tap of the 'tripod' and the whole piece would fall over - we had to rebuild this to ensure it could be used for our production - which as the pieces arrived so late was not helpful to an already demanding production time. Secondly, the directors chair on wheels had screws sticking out of and again with a student's weight and a push the 'H frame' used to put the chair on wheels began to bend and break. This student was a slim 16 year old and you assured us this would not happen. This item had to be taken out of the theatre by a parent, fixed and reinforced to allow for us to use it. Completely dangerous and unsafe. The mirror with lights was delivered with no lights and the lights were sent to us after we had loaded into the theatre and we did not recieve these in time to use. We resulted in a visit to a local store to purchase our own press on lights to make the mirror useable. Communication was poor and when explained to us that you were working other shows whilst we asked for updates, it appears our student's safety was then put at risk through the use of what we received from you. We will not use your service again. All in all Jon, we are left feeling very disappointed. We will post your pyro firer back to you, unused when we return to school in September. This email will also be added to your google review and Facebook reviews when we return.

Superb service, would highly recommed to anyone who is looking to get PA specialists. Outstanding service, in short terms they know what they are doing!
