Such a disappointing let down. Sadly my experience was the complete opposite of everyone else's reviews that 'they go above and beyond'. I dropped some rare vintage split rims to them in October 2022 and didn't get a single scrap of update for over 3 months. Every time I chased it was excuse after excuse and they would promise to call me the next day or by a certain time - absolutely nothing, except broken promises. I'm a patient man, but don't have time for businesses that fail to deliver what they say they will do. Eventually they admitted they are simply 'stretched too thin', so I lost all confidence in them and collected my wheels and will give my business elsewhere. When I picked them up they were still in their plastic shrink wrap, so clearly they hadn't bothered to even look at them, let alone try to work on them. I didn't even get an apology or any sort of attempt to keep what was going to be a not insignificant order, so they can't care that much about their customers. Truly disappointing customer service.

**WILL DEFINITELY BE USING AGAIN / HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** After having the worst possible experience with a reputable company, I needed to find someone that will do the work theyve promised to do. I went to a show at Car Audio Security and luckily found out about Voodoo. I messaged them and they responded very quickly with the relevant information, such as pricing, lead time etc. Everything was done as they promised with absolutely no issues, delays or messing around. They told me it will take 3-4 weeks to carry out the work and it took exactly that! The job that was carried out was amazing and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience!! Wish I found out about them and used them earlier instead of wasting my time and patience with other popular companies.
