To be honest has been a nightmare th experiencewith them. The worst thing is they are a lier. They try to save in repair every single penny, a repair of 10 brand new (tap of sink), they try to repair using recovered used item. After lots of years if you forget the pay the rent because of busy life, next day the knock your door in person "unbelievable".

We have worked with Let it Direct for many years and i have always found them to be a professional company. They have a dedicated maintenance team who provide a high level service who are quick and efficient for any problems. Highly recommended.

Poor flats, full of rats, mouses and fungus, we even had slugs in our flat. Nobody do nothing about it. We live in one of their flats over one year now. Fungus is everythere, they just paint over, everything is so old. Floor boards rotten so floor is not leveled. Water leaks from gutters all the time, no hot water, old boiler. They just take rent and dont fix anything. Windows doesnt close properly. Very poor condition, nobody cares. I would not recomend it to no one ever.

I don't understand the bad reviews here. I've been renting through Let it Direct for over 8 years. Mostly my contact is Khalid. I always find them VERY professional. Any issues they get it sorted out immediately. I don't think I'll ever use another lettings agency again. Thanks team

Arranged a viewing and received a confirmation. Arrived at the viewing slightly early and decided to call the agent to let them know I had arrived. Agent then proceeds to tell me: a) The property was already let. b) Hadn't written me into the diary. c) 5mins later calls to tell me they had put me down for a completely different property in another area, would I like to see this one instead. Not impressed.
