Avoid, completely unprofessional letting agency. I rented out my property through this agent, I never received the rent on time and instead had to chase up payments every month. The tenant then stopped paying rent, it has been 16 months and this tenant has been living in my property without paying rent. The agency has done nothing to help resolve this situation, nothing to try and gain some rent from the tenant. The tenant was placed in my property by Premier agency who should take responsibility for the tenant continuing to live in a property without paying rent. This is the whole reason for going through an agency. I have since found that the agency did not do the proper checks when placing the tenant in to my property. This is complete negligence by the agency, I would recommend to avoid this place if you want to rent out your property and actually receive rent.

Don't believe any of the reviews left on here. Avoid this agency and do not use. They take a large proportion of the rent and provide no services at all. Anything required by the tenant is simply just forwarded to the landlord rather than being a proper agent and dealing with the tenants requirements directly. Furthermore, this agent does not follow any legislation and does not ask for the correct identity documents before putting tenants. Have lost nearly 15,000 pounds because of this agency and they have done nothing about it. I have gathered all the relevant evidence and will not let this agency get away with this as from the reviews I can see that I am not the first person to have been manipulated by this agency.
