I have rented an apartment though a different agency and i have been put in contact with Ann James from this agency as she is the property manager. I am not happy at all with their professionalism, their way of speaking to people, and you get no help whatsoever on fixing the issues on a property you are paying rent for. Had problems where i did not have enough hot water for me and my boyfriend to shower, the response i got was shower less. I had problems with the electricity and i am paying 10-12pounds a day, when raised the issue i have been told that they cannot help in way, even though no checks on electricity have been made before i moved in. Everything in the property was faulty and when i phoned them i was not able to speak and being told no one lived there for a long time and they needed someone to live there to report all the faults, which means i was the test, on 900 pounds a month. I would not recommend in 100 years for anyone to go though these two agencies, Alstron and Wonderlease, as it is the worst decision i made this year.
