We recently rented a flat through Churchill Estates and our experience has been really great so far! Right from the viewing to moving date, everything was well managed and organised. Special mention to Rory- who was extremely helpful, very efficient and had brilliant communication with us throughout! We received all paperwork in detail, on time and all our queries were answered. On our first day, they even gave us a little gift box with many useful items for the new house and lots of vouchers. It also had a lovely handwritten card wishing us luck. I think these little things make a big difference! Also, they were quick to resolve any teething issues we had during our first few days. Very happy with them so far and would certainly consider them trustworthy.

Over 7 years living of in Walthamstow, Churchills have helped me buy two flats, sell one and rent them for 5 years on and off. I could not have a higher opinion of their staff and service; they are pragmatic, not obviously fee conscious, committed to delivering the best outcome for you and because they have a small team and low staff turnover are joined up between sales and letting, a trait I found especially useful recently when renting out a flat I was selling. Rory on the Lettings side has been a constant source of advice throughout my time as a landlord in Walthamstow, often providing his time when there were no fees to be generated just to ensure I did the right thing. Gary, Alex and the sales team again have been fantastic both when I was buying flats, but also a recent difficult sale, which they persisted in for the best part of 8 months. I once decided to deviate away from Churchills to another agent and quickly returned. In my opinion if their fees are higher than competitors, they are justified. If they are the same or lower, they are a bargain. Thanks to all the team for your help over the years.

Ive used Churchill estates Walthamstow to rent my apartment Ive been dealt with George the letting manager personally the experience couldnt have been smoother quicker and easier always replied to my emails and phone calls immediately made the whole procedure a lot more pleasant than it would normally be. On collection day George was waiting for me in the apartment to sign the necessary paperwork alongside with his professionalism he also brought me a starter package for the new apartment alongside with a gift card. After moving in even tho the agency doesnt manage the property Im in he still is very helpful trying to help me find the things I need. Great staff effort brilliant service highly recommended
