DISCRIMINATION !!!!!!!! Called to book a viewing and "Tia" (she said is her name) asked me to send proof of income/tax return by email before booking a viewing. This is a DISCRIMINATION coming from Tia as not all the potential clients are required to send any documents to book a viewing. The documents needs to be sent once you want to take a property, maybe a manager should revise the employee viewings booking and ways that she speaks with people. By the way, she didn't let me speak with a manager. This is one of the agency that people needs to avoid.

Me and my partner found a nice little flat on right move and decided to put an offer down on the condition of it being deep cleaned and luckily managed to secure the property. The lettings negotiator, Tia, and the regional co-ordinator, Clair were very friendly and very helpful and helped greatly throughout the process. Unfortunately, our experience with Bairstow Eves really declined after getting the keys. The flat was not deep cleaned. In fact I had spent 3 whole days trying to clean up, what seems to be the previous tenants dog urine. I found this out once I removed all the plug-in air fresheners that was used to mask the strong smell. I understand that this might not be Bairstow Eves fault, but I do expect a certain standard of cleanliness, especially if it was the one condition I asked for. The flat also had numerous repairs that needed to be fixed. One fault being classed as an emergency on the tenants portal. None of these faults have been repaired and it has been over 2 weeks since I reported the faults; even after constantly ringing the property managers, just being passed along from person to person and not going anywhere. This has been a huge source of frustration, stress and anxiety.

Certainly the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. No communication between the different departments, consistent wrong information provided and slow responses once you've signed on the dotted line. Please avoid this company!!

Recently moved into a property managed by Bairstow Eves. Everyone we have dealt with at the Walthamstow office have been super helpful and made the whole process as straightforward as possible
