I havent actually been in the shop, and Im sure its lovely, but as an online customer Ive had no luck actually getting my item - although Ive paid for it over a month ago. Originally I selected click and collect (totally my own fault & something the shop was helpful with sorting out - so I paid the extra p&p via PayPal) but then I never got my item. I emailed a few times - and they said it had been delivered - I asked for them to check it had been sent to the right address - didnt hear anything back - emailed again a few weeks later & still havent heard anything now. I understand, especially at this busy time of year things do get lost in the post etc, and if theyd confirmed it was my addresss and clearly theyd been a postal error I would have just writes it off, but as they wont even bother to reply to let me know I wont ever be ordering from them again.

Brilliant and personal customer service! That's something you don't get much of these days. Also, a really beautiful product range! Will definitely shop here again!
