This review is for both Tesco and Evri. I walked to this Tesco branch with a 5kg parcel, having been told (confirmation email after paying) that I could print out the label there. Upon arrival, I was told that the printer doesnt work. It hasnt in TWO months. And while it is Evris job to ensure their printers work, the guys at Tesco didnt seem to be bothered at all, their solution being: go back home and print it yourself (whether you have a printer or not). So I carried my 5kg parcel back home. Didnt do the shopping I was planning to do either, as couldnt have carried that as well. Managed to print the label at a friends house, went back and was greeted with the words: We cant take your parcel because we dont have receipts. I said I didnt need a receipt. They still couldnt take my parcel. So I took my 5kg parcel in my arms and walked back home with it. Accepted at third attempt five journeys carrying a heavy parcel instead of one. Will not attempt again. Despite this negative review, I'd like to add that there is one thing (person, rather) at this Tesco branch that deserves 5 stars, and that's Sharon. Always has a smile and kind words to offer - lovely sense of humour, too!

Worst tesco express. The deputy manager Raj and a few of the staff do not care about any customer service. I came in politely to speak to some one about finding a fly in a tuna crunch, the lady on the counter, told me to contact head office. I informed her I have and they informed me to come into the store. After that she did not seem bothered about any of it and said I can speak to the deputy manager, he is standing over there. So I went to the deputy manager and explained about the fly in the tuna crunch and showed him a photo. His response was in a defensive manner its been opened we can not do anything, if it was not opened then we would take responsibility. He would not let me say another word, this was a dead fly within the tuna crunch. Any common sense would tell you, if the fly was of recent, it clearly would not of died so soon. It would of flown away if it landed on it. After all this is a large fly. My wife has several witnesses who were present at the time to collaborate. Their attitude and behaviour would frustrate anyone. Raj told me I am not listening to him, he had did not say anything else apart from repeating its not our responsibility as its been opened. So I replied saying you are not listening to me, thats when he flung his arms open and become aggressive, which will frustrate anyone even more. So I left angry and annoyed as its clearly a waste of time trying to talk to him. After contacting head office he has clearly lied about what happened. In the past I also found chicken in their vegetarian pasta and reported it, however I never received any communication after informing them what had happened or will happen to resolve this, however at the time the manager was very co-operative and polite.
