The Grove Medical Centre

I won't recommend this GP to any one even to my enemies. Most of the times I'm on the phone since 8 o'clock to 8.30( the only time that we can make an appointment) for making an appointment but they answer after 8.30am and they say that they don't have any appointments left. They asked me to try next day and when I asked what's happen if this happen next day as well? They replied you should keep trying. Each time doctor prescribe medicines they forgot one of the medicines so I have to keep calling for the other medicine.

Rarely a face to face appointment and completely useless phone appointments when a patient needs a full check up. Wait 3 weeks for telephone appointment to then be told to make another appointment. The waiting times are ridiculous and the doctors are pretty bad at listening. It feels like Im just going around in a constant cycle of blood tests which treat only symptoms rather than looking at the root of the problem. Plus inaccurate and patronising advice given rather than asking questions which might help understand the issues. Im at a loss with this surgery Ive been a patient for almost 25 years and its only gotten worse.

I would love to give it 0 stars! Receptionist are so rude and lacking basic manners. You can never book an appointment and even if I do call at 8am I still can't book anything. To be seen I actually have to go to ER! I'm surprised this place is still open and running! Someone should look into this and shut the place down.

Dr Rita V Pushparajah is a disgrace to her profession. Great people how youd like to be treated. Karma will get you. Free advice. Absolutely disgusting. Gosh hope you dont treat your parents the way you do patients. HAVE SOME RESPECT
