We have been waiting for a quote since MARCH! Chased up several times, calls and texts....still waiting! They obviously don't need the business.

James was extremely friendly when we came in roughly 6 weeks ago. We exchanged details and was promised a quote for our front door and patio doors. After a few days we chased and he said he would have it with us in a day or two. Phoned up a couple of days later and same story. One week later same excuse too. Its now been 6 weeks and weve sourced doors elsewhere. Shame really as James was a nice enough bloke.

I called to ask for a cost. James was very friendly and helpful and asked me to share more details on Whatsapp which I did. I was told I can expect an estimate in a few days. I chased and haven't heard back. I called again and was again told I will hear back 'today or tomorrow'. A week or so later I called again, same answer, same result. In between I also followed up with texts and Whatsapp messages. No response. It's a real shame as James was recommended to me and I knew exactly what I wanted and was ready to purchase. But despite multiple attempts i never received a quote. After 4 weeks of trying I gave up :(
