Hoe Street Dental Practice

The reception staff are so rude and dismissive!! It seems as though none of them one want to there, zero customer service! No one ever answers the phone calls when Iv been trying to re schedule my appointments.

Been coming here years and its always been pretty good other then the extremely rude secretary. Every time I call and shes answers she will refuse to book me appointment and lie that there are no available slots. Even just now with a infecting thats traveled to my cheek which is obviously a emergency, refuses to let me see a dentist. Shes vile!

Ive had the best experience here i recommend Dr Humaa kazim she literally cured my fear of dentist she works excellent .

Awful dental surgery for NHS patients. NHS patients are treated with zero respect, empathy or patience. Its very clear by the layout of the reception and the dental surgery as a whole, it's the rich side vs. the poor side. The dentist who my 8yr old daughter saw after 111 booked them there was rude beyond words. I'd rather suffer with any tooth issues than ever be booked in this dental surgery. I'd painfully wait 6months for my normal dental practice to see me, than go here ever again.
