As a very nervous patient with negative prior experiences at other clinics, I was very happy with my first experience at Forest Dental Care. The building and waiting area was clean and bright, the receptionist was friendly and although there was a wait to be seen, I didn't feel forgotten (and it happens, they can't foresee examinations taking longer than planned so I'm happy to wait!). Dr. Rasul and his assistant (the dental nurse, perhaps?) were absolutely wonderful, putting me at ease and explaining every step in detail before embarking on the exam, taking care to ensure I was given the opportunity for a break if needed. He was thorough, caring, and mindful of my nerves and past experiences, meaning this visit was hands down the best experience I've had at a dental clinic. For the first time, I'm not putting off booking for the recommended treatments because I know I'll be treated with compassion and understanding.

First time at Forest Dental - Dr Rasul was so friendly and completely put me at ease. He really clearly talked me through what to expect whilst making the whole experience light hearted and genuinely enjoyable. Massively recommend.
