Beware of these guys they give you a 5 coupon at checkout which then passes your payment details onto another company which charges you 30 a month without you knowing google the reviews of a company called ycoop I only realised because someone in the comments mentioned they bought a cake from sugaholics

Got shocked when I received the cake! Worst customer service as well as the most careless people! Ordered a cake last year for my partner's birthday. The cake got delivered to our friends house. We only got home at night, when it was already late to exchange the cake. On the cake was supposed to be written, Happy Birthday Gabor, instead, it says Aerial. When I saw the cake I nearly fainted, but of course, I took off Aerial`s name somehow and left it, -obviously looking messy. When I started to sing for my partner my voice was shaky and nearly started to cry. When I emailed them the next day, telling them what happened, I did not receive any response for a week...then I emailed again! Their response was, why didn't I check the cake (as I said it wasn't me who received the cake)? They did not suggest anything else, and they barely said sorry! The only thing they said at the end of their email, I quote: "We value your business and hope we will never put you in this situation again" That is for sure because I won`t order from you again! They did not offer any compensation, nothing at all. At this point, a single sorry isn`t enough, I believe! I emailed them again, telling them my concerns, but never received an answer on that. Apparently, a manager emailed me, Murtuza Vadiwala, I just hope he is not the owner, because if he is, then the business will go downhill with this kind of attitude.

Perfect cake couldn't ask for better, it looked perfect with so much love and precision. As for the prices I paid 90 for 50+ person serving big servings with enough for guest to take home and still left overs for your self,, the taste and texture makes CAKE BOX look like amateurs i ordered a cake on Saturday just gone and now its Monday I'm ordering another cake. I actually can never go anywhere else for cake. AND THIS IS COMING FROM SOMEONE THAT ONLY EATS HIGH END FOOD WITH 5 HYGIENE RATINGS ONLY
