I heard this place was nice so had my first visit. It was disgusting. So dirty, unhygienic and the servers using their hands touching my ice cream and handling fruit. Did you wash your hands before food prep as I didnt see you do it.

Genuinely a nice little cosy spot, I have been coming here since I was in university (since 2016/17) and it has never once been disappointed by anything here . Amazing food amazing staff combined with a great atmosphere. Thought I would leave a proper review. The price of the food is great especially when you get such high quality food with a decent portion size. What makes this even better is how there is such a wide variety of food and drink to choose from as well for all times of the day it is a great place to go at any time and on any day.

Never coming to this place. We went this afternoon on 10.09.22 at 4.30pm. What an appalling service. Clearly don't know what customer service is. We ordered a hot chocolate. , worst ever hot chocolate. They dont know how to make it. So bitter as she added to much chocolate When we complained the girl just added cold milk to it. Ask for toast we got half toasted bread. Terrible service.

Owner is rude and not worth giving money to his business. The man seemed to have an issue with me having a drink of another establishment in my possession whilst eating his food. I spent more moeny in his shop for the food than the drink he is complaining about cost. Straight refund, his staff's do not deserve to work for such a petty man.
