Absolutely amazing service from tbis company. After my sons main Xmas present got lost at a local depot and delivery was over a week late. I contacted the company to see what was happening. It was resolved within 15 minutes, they got hold of the delivery company and searched the depot to then be told it was missing. So hawk-moto sent another one free of charge on priority delivery with a different courier to make sure we recieved it in time for christmas and we recieved it within 48 hours. Very friendly emails too! Thank you so much! Christmas is saved

Bought my son a quad for Christmas, been nothing but problems due to the poor quality of the quad. raised the issues within days of delivery, still chasing now and being completely ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I orderd an item from them it didnt arive so had to contact them when they finaly got back to me they said delivery driver lost my item and they had no more.then i asked for refund ive waited a month and still recievwd no refund so just took money and didnt send anything moral of the story i wouldnt order anything from these scammers
