Outside Play

Turned up today, as my little lads quad was losing power. We asked the guy if he could help us figure out the problem. He took time out to take the batteries apart, test them, establish which battery was causing the problem, offer free advice and even put us in touch with someone who had the battery we needed. I then asked him how much we owed him and he declined to accept payment. It is really nice to know that their are genuine people out there, willing to help people out and not just for profit. We are very grateful. We have one very happy little boy!!

I bought this huge dumper truck for my grandson for Christmas my husband built it what we didn't realise was the rear wheels turned in opposite directions. Contacted company who asked that we send video however as I live 45 minutes away decided to drive to company. They were very helpful and informed me they would order new motors and have the truck ready in 4 days. True to there word the truck was ready for me to pick up in great working order. I only marked as 4 for my inconvience the company were excellent in resolving my issue

Bought a petrol quad from them. Supplied with a faulty battery, no great issue in that. However, when I contacted them for a replacement, they tried to fob me off saying it won't charge from the engine on the quad, (which it will), and also ignoring that i'd told them it didn't hold charge for more than a few hours, disconnected from the quad, and having been charged from the mains on the bench.

Placed an order for a kids 6v ride on motorbike at 8pm on Tuesday 9th June. I received instant confirmation via email, did go to spam but I knew to check. I received my invoice via email within an hour. I was emailed 1pm Wednesday to say courier had picked my parcel up. Various updates through Wednesday on my parcels progress from couriers. This was then delivered Thursday at 11.55am. Unable to build the bike up yet as its a birthday present for my son. I have looked inside the box and all seems OK and packed well. 100% happy with my service from point of sale to after care, where I got a prompt response to my email I had sent after receiving my parcel. Thanks ride on cars. We will definitely be ordering again.
