Friendly and well organised place. We had our Icelandic mare on full livery here for about a year before moving to London, and never had to worry about anything. No matter what time of the day we came, the box was clean, bedded with a thick layer of straw (on top of a rubber mat), quality hay in the nets... Turnout fields are good size, in pairs, and the pairing was thought-full as our little mare was always relaxed when to be ridden, never frustrated. While choosing the livery. we also looked for a stable with a walker for our mare to move a little on the days we wouldnt come to ride, and theres a good all-weather walker (as covered) at S&G. Then for riding, beside a good size arena, theres a schooling field and depending on season (if not too wet nor the grass soon to be cut for hay), a really big field you can sometimes canter on or ride around the edgesbeautiful, a rare treat.
