Booking was quick and easy. On the day, my driver Joe kept me up to date on his journey, turned up on time and was nothing but friendly and professional the entire journey. Would absolutely book with B&T again!

Had the bad experience of a blow out on a lorry I was renting on the back two nearside tyres, hairy experience to say the least. Then get told by B&T only ten minutes or so after incident that it was my responsibility as it was tyres. Now being charged for two tyres and call out with B&T taking no responsibility as they claim its tyres and its in their terms and conditions though the picture shows in the lorry cab it says "no cover to damage if caused by carelessness or negligence. No matter what I say to B&T they hide behind their terms and conditions. Even though my demeanor was not great the customer service of B&T is along the lines of lets blame the customer, even telling me off about where the vehicle was left / parked overnight. If hiring from B&T check your terms and conditions thoroughly and check the vehicle over again thoroughly. B&T said it could have been a puncture or kerbing the wheels, yeah really. Sad experience to end a bad 24 hours.
