Used this company through our house insurence. We had s leak coming from our bath room into the kitchen, they come had a look and said coukd not tell where the leak was coming from and we would have to get a leak detection company. I found the leak myself which was coming fron a u bend under the taps from the bath. They were completely useless. Made our complaint to the insurance company about this company. After waiting all Friday evening for someone who never arrived the appointment was rescheduled for 10.00 Saturday morning. After a bevvy of excuses ie held up in traffic for 3 hrs in Muswell Hill when the AA said all roads were clear. Eventually a replacement plumber arrived. He was thorough and very helpful and the system was cleared of debris caused by an outside service pipe leak. Service: Plumbing leak repair

Rectifying blocked pipework from work carried out by Thames Water. The second engineer sent Erion Gjoni was superb. He worked with skills and care to be a conservative as possible when unblocking our pipework with a blowback following some disasterous works carried out on our water metre by Thames Water. I cannot thank Erion enough!
