        Great service to get the flu jab and the pharmacist was very cheery, caring and helpful. Would recommend!

        I was informed yesterday by Lloyds, Sainsbury in Hoddesdon, that they would no longer be able to supply dossett boxes for my elderly disabled mother, who has dememtia. I was also informed that the other local branch would not be able to offer the service. They recommended their Echo service, I spent an hour applying for this, only to discover, they do not offer a dossett box service. It is great to see that rather than adequately staffing the pharmacy, Lloyds put profit above customer service and the needs of their disabled and elderly customers. I am able to help my mother in other ways, but what about elderly and/or disabled customers who live alone and rely on this service. You may well be putting people's lives at risk.
