        Terrible customer service and products delivered damaged, the company took no responsibility and worse still, would not help rectify their mistake. Very disappointing.

        I have worked with the Directors and Managers of ALM from the company's inception, recruiting staff for them across many disciplines. The organisation is genuinely interested in staff development. Many of the people I have recruited for them have been promoted and are now in senior positions. There is very low staff turnover and strong morale within the organisation. They have struck me as decent people to work with, supportive and understanding.
